Policies
Cancellations - Please give at least 24 hours advance notice if you are unable to make your scheduled appointment. There may be a 50% service charge imposed otherwise.
Expirations - Visual Image Gift cards come with an expiration date and if not otherwise stated on your printed document the service/card will expire 7 months after the purchase date.
Gift Cards - Are valid and accepted up until the expiration date which if not printed on your purchase document will occur 7 months from the purchase date. If not expired, the gift card can be transferred with prior approval of the stylist/therapist. Once a gift card recipient has made an appointment in anticipation of presenting a gift card, it cannot be transferred to another person.
Packages - Are valid and accepted up until the expiration date which if not printed on your purchase document will occur 7 months from the purchase date. Packages are not to be used by multiple persons.
